Due to the age of that posting, i think that person no longer is around, and the thread was left as-is. but since it was resurrected from the dead, which is OK if the thread has something useful to say, but these threads which are left as-is are just left as pointers to other posters.
now i will lock the thread since it was brought up into the daily posting list.
If there are other threads that are similar and are not locked, you dont have to add that extra comment. I think it was dealt with back in August.
