what is the program? i will guess a game, you should include alittle info in the request also, such as if it is a game or program, OldVersion.com mostly archives Programs, and not games. There are many boards and sites that handle games.
or are you looking for Canasta - "Canadian National Academy of Sciene Technology and Arts"? that was another app i found while searching.
Doing a simple google will return alot of CANASTA links, from yahoo games to Special K software, it might help those that seek software if you include the homepage for the program your looking for, this can help alot in determining what software and from which vendor.

Never knew you could play games on icq, what version ICQ did you use to plug-in this game?
