ok i found this rather odd version of webcam watcher, it is version 1.0, a demo. but they must have hurried to release this 1 point release, even the installer has not be correctly changed out from the template installer.

if your referring to 2.2, i wrote, click on the banner in red with the word "LETULTES", this should open a web page, and the file should automatically start downloading, if it does not automaticvally d/l, then RIGHT CLICK on the sentence which reads "Köszönjük, hogy a Szoftverbázist választotta Ha nem indult el e letöltés, akkor kattintson ide".
else, right click on the included link below, and select SAVE TARGET AS
