Not sure if O.V.com is the right place for games requests however the nice construction of the request is a good example to others, you could try here Download>http://www.dreamlandbbs.com/files/filegate/gamesnet/miscad/G0ECX330.ZIP (http://www.dreamlandbbs.com/files/filegate/gamesnet/miscad/G0ECX330.ZIP)
Links functional but have not been tested for exact file/version (click on link oar :) right click save target as)

actually im not looking for a game, its a standalone utility/program that is basically a mapping program for the game Asherons call (a mmorpg). it will let you look where things are, make notes, see what other notes ppl have written via an online database, find the quickest way to places, etc.

No, this is not a game site, if you notice on the main site with all the older versions of titles. none happen to be games.

this is why when requesting an app, everyone requesting should include a website, current version, and even a tiny description of what the app is/does. to avoid confusion with those that seek files.
Which you did cover just about all those, except missed the small descriptors of what the app is. (but in second posting fulfilled that area)
