do you have a website for the current version?
what sort of app is this your looking for what does it do?
the more info you can give, the better the chance of locating what your looking for.

WinRez is a Windows-Application that allows you to Create, Extract, View and Modify 'Rez' Files. Rez Files are the resource files used by the LithTech Engine.

I checked the file it is version 2.4
