If you want files found, it is always best to include in your request the current version, and the website of the developers. this will improve the chances of getting a reply.
Are you sure there is a version prior to the 3.0 release, looking at the website, which i had to look up, and reading the change-log, it states

Is it possible that this was the first public release of the Xp Pro version, as the only prior versions i did find were called TweakXP, without the Pro in the name
