I am running Win98 and Internet Explorer 5.00. I need 128 bit encryption for this. Can someone please help me find it.

With I.E. page open & connected to Internet click on help button on top of page then about internet explorer then the line next to cipher strength (update information) it should take you to M.S. page on the right you can download what you need (instructions bottom of page)
