Hello. I was recommended my friend to get old version progs from here.

Since I'm new here, and since i found a prog that I might consider to use it,
I have a question.

If I was able to dl one of the progs that I want, and if i did dl the prog,
what happens to those SERIAL NO. thing?
Would it still show if I install? or it wont.

Please help me.
Thank-you for your time.

Similar questions have been asked before it is best to search explore the forum and FAQ's before posting if it is shareware the serial would most likely have to be entered at the end of the trial period to keep using it
read this thread http://www.oldversion.com/talk/index.php?a...t=ST&f=5&t=1666 (http://www.oldversion.com/talk/index.php?act=ST&f=5&t=1666) in it there is an offer from TheBulbasaurfreak that you cant refuse ;)

If you d/l a program from here, the program could be shareware or freeware, the Shareware versions will work for a certain amount of time, such as 30 or 60 days in some cases, If you like the program and want to keep it, you can purchase a license (serial #) which will permit you to use the software as long as you like.
Freeware titles are just that, free, and in just about every case, there is no need to obtain a license (serial #).
Don't worry about the serial # thing right now. Just find the software you want to try and try it. Shareware is a 'try before you buy' model.
If you use the program and don't like it, uninstall it. You need to try the software before you begin to worry about a license.
