Best P2p App..not Kazaa or K-lite

I am currently using K-Lite 2.6 even if it has got bad Ip updater the RIAA continues sueing users day by day.
I don't want to be one of these users, so I would like to know wich is the best p2p program out now alternative to Kazaa.
I don't either a FastTrack Network p2p because it's full of fakes.
