version 1.8.4 or 1.8.5
or just anything older than 2.1.0

Do you have a website for the current version? what does the program do.
Please read the pinned topic How to Request an App (http://www.oldversion.com/talk/index.php?act=ST&f=3&t=1585) if your not certain on how to make a request, then add the necessary info back into this thread.

It appears it must be just a webinstaller. As the file you can download, just retrieves the files from the master server.Which would host the most current version. Does not appear you can download a full installation package.

On the page you submitted it says:

ASE is a video capture software with capabilities of saving captured clips and images and broadcasting them via internet.
and according to this page
http://www.udpsoft.com/eye2/index.html
the "all seeing eye" is Get the World's #1 Game Server Browser!...Supports all the popular games such as Counter-Strike, BF1942, Quake III Arena, etc.

See, this is WHHHY the user needs to add the website, as the name is being used in 2 differnt programs. SO which one does the user want? This is why the user should read the Pinned topic. Its not this is the first file I ever found for someone, if you know so much, then help the user find the file they are seeking, post a working download link for the requested verison. Otherwise, the user needs to fill in more details as the How to Request an App suggests!

I downloaded the current version. Ran setup.
The program is using a webinstaller, which means, the file you download is more of a gateway to the files.
There is no installation setup files for downloading in 1 single complete package.
Alot of developers are going this route, to control their software, to insure new users get the latest packages with all updates.
This makes it near impossible to download an older version. About the only way to obtain an older version would be if someone else had downloaded this server program and went through their temp folder, saving all the downloaded packages, ofcourse this does not mean that would work either if the files are in a proprietary compressed format, which many developers are using as well.

Well, that is not exactly true. For example, QuickTime is just a web installer which retrieves a dat file with all the installation information from the master server. What we did with QuickTime, was save the DAT file from the temporary files and zip it up, if both files are unzipped to the same path - the installer will just receive the following DAT file containing the older version.

The new version crash on my computer very often and is more unstable that version 2.3.5, the version I used before. Therefore I want to degrade back to v. 2.3.5.
