Return Buttons

please can you help me. i am not sure if i have come to the right place.
neither of the return buttons work properly on my keyboard. one minute they work and the next they don't. Also if i restart the computer they will work again please give me any information as to why this is and how to fix it. thank you

Did you install any new software recently which could have messed up the keyboard type? If so, uninstall that software.
Check under the system properties for what keyboard layout your using, and change it to your language encoding if its not correct.
Also, when posting problems, it helps for trouble-shooting if you include system info, such as the OS, Computer model (Compaq, Dell, Gateway...)

you can also try to put the keyboard on another system if you have one. That way you can see if it's a hardware or a software faillure.
