hello is there any software as such to make free calls via the net??yeah i mean telephone calls..plz help

The 'PC to Telephone' free era has ended. Now those apps charge for this service.
You can still use 'PC to PC' apps and there are many free ones still, just look on the pinned topic for alternative chat clients.

You can install Skype http://ui.skype.com/ui/0/93/en/latestversion . Of course the people you call must have the programme installed as well.

Skype is also in the listing of chat clients, in the pinned topic. (mentioned above)
