Please read the pinned topic How to Request an App (http://www.oldversion.com/talk/index.php?act=ST&f=3&t=1585), if your not certain on how to make a request, then add the necessary info back into this thread.

still looking, but for now;
PrintFolder 1.2 (http://no-nonsense-software.com/download.shtml) (FREEWARE)
Handy utility to print or save a list of files located in any folder. Right-click any folder in Windows Explorer and select "PrintFolder" in the popup menu

also, don't forget you can easily do this from a DOS prompt, just type
dir /? for all available options, to print out in order
dir /B Print bare format, no headers
dir /L Uses lowercase
dir /4 Displays year with 4 digits (ignored if /V also given).
dir /S Displays files in specified directory and all subdirectories.
dir /W Uses wide list format
dir /A Displays files with specified attributes

and they can be combined for more structure ordering, and to print the output to a text file just reidrect the output with a > , example.
dir /w > wide-output.txt
