I dunno if it's possible, but it would be cool if the Motorola Power Tools 2.0 was available, along with the cellphone USB drivers, on the web site. I'm getting the CD anyways, but just wanted to suggest it.

Also, any of those old "proggies" people used to use in AOL chat rooms in the late 90's like Fate X 2.5 and Havoc Final/Platinum.

Most of that old software used in chat rooms were just hacks. Extremely unlikely to be hosted on OldVersion.com.
Without a website, or info to the Motorola Power Tools, nothing can be hosted, you must fill in the proper information, when you request a title.
Look in the Request (http://www.oldversion.com/talk/index.php?act=SF&f=3) board, at the top, notice How to Request an App (http://www.oldversion.com/talk/index.php?act=ST&f=3&t=1585), read it, format your question accordingly. Then who knows. But I am sure it is not going to be hosted on the main site. You might find a link in the forum, if and only if the software in question is legal to be shared, such as being under a freeware or shareware license, probably not. Its probably just for owners of the particular product.
There already are sites which hosts practically unlimited drivers,
