If you want to request a particular program, follow the pinned topic, and fill in alittle more info. If your making a suggestion, there are a few movie editors already on the board. Was there a shareware version of Premier? If there was, then its possible it could be found, if there was never a shareware/demo of this title, then it would be a retail only title, and it would not be legal to host or offer for downloading.
