Tunercat 1.98

I was wondering if anyone could find a version of Tunercat 1.98 (tunercat.com is the company website, but the newest version isn't super stable on my older laptop (win95) and I can't be crashing while tuning the PCM, or I will be spending 150$ each time for a new one. 1.98 ran very well on my laptop, and there isn't any features worth upgrade for in my opinion)
