Inverted Colors

You will notice in that picture I took the regular Windows XP background and inverted the colors in Paint and I like it. BUT, is there a way to customize your start bar menu? I like the black on it, but to use it it has to be the original 3 colors! I just want to invert the Silver version, but I have no clue how to do it, or if you even can do it!

Try this, there is another app around, I can not remember the name of it, which you can use to edit the exe files, which you can remove all the start menu graphics, paint em, and patch the files, which would be explorer.exe
