A few hits. Not really sure on the version number you need so I just found a few links earlier then the current version.

Newest version 4.1.6

SecureCRT 3.4.3

http://tucows.matrix.com.br/preview/195267.html

SecureCRT 4.0.5

http://tucows.cybercity.dk/preview/195267.html

SecureCRT 4.1.3

http://www.tucows.com/preview/195267.html

It would be better if you picked a few versions you'd prefer and let us know but try these for now. I'll edit my post if I find some more different versions for you.

Putty Secure SSH (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/)
PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 and Unix platforms, along with an xterm terminal emulator.
OpenSSH (http://www.openssh.com/)
OpenSSH is a FREE version of the SSH protocol suite of network connectivity tools that increasing numbers of people on the Internet are coming to rely on. Many users of telnet, rlogin, ftp, and other such programs might not realize that their password is transmitted across the Internet unencrypted, but it is. OpenSSH encrypts all traffic (including passwords) to effectively eliminate eavesdropping, connection hijacking, and other network-level attacks. Additionally, OpenSSH provides a myriad of secure tunneling capabilities, as well as a variety of authentication methods.
