Proxies are not illegial.......I would have loved getting a list of working proxies (I happen to need them to secure my traffic from hackers) Nothing illegial about that!!!

The part in question was edited.

Also note, that alot of the times the proxy lists are from port scanned systems, which is then compiled of insecure proxies. Using these proxies without premission is in fact, illegal.
Its always a good diea to ask the admin of the system, if it is ok for you to use.
