All you do is goto add/remove and UNINSTALL IT!!!!!!!!!

Then goto the folder where it was and make sure its all gone!!! (One time after i uninstalled it,the main file was still there)

I've had no problems from uninstalling this garbage......

Good Luck!!!

pointview is nothing... I think AIM uses it so it can show those ads at the top that are sometimes vidoes... look at the website, its like like another Real Player type app.

Why not just use aim 4.8 combined with the latest free version of deadaim? Best option for IMing in my opinion.

The only problem with 4.8 is,it doesnt support voice or encryption i dont think!!

Encryption and voice started with the 5 series i think......

so does AOL 8.x and up...if your talking about the same viewpoint media player

not sure what it's for or does for aim...but as far as aol goes,it's just for those pruetty aol desktops

now if someone could figure out a way to hack AOL or those mtx files so we could all convert them into nice bitmap pictures to use on our own REAL Desktops...that'd be nice

Use AIMLite instead of AIM.

It's better and faster.

NO SPYWARE
