My question is this:

I run an older PIII box with Win98SE and according to the MusicMatch website, versions thru 8.0 are supposed to be able to run on 98SE, but.......
Whenever I try to do the update on 7.5, I receive the Error Message that my OS is not supported for the update. What is with this? Does anyone know? Do I have to hold my tongue in a certain way to get the update to take effect?

Any feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Could it be that the upgrade is trying to upgrade you to the latest version and not to 8.0, Where in these newer version do not support your system?
If you no longer to use MMJB, then a good replacement might be QCD, which is freeware also.
