Hey... does anyone know of a website builder/html helper program that is fairly easy to use, has color scheme codes and MAYBE has an FTP in it?

If it also helps with frames and linking-type stuff... that's a plus!!

It doesnt have to come with the FTP, but I remember a good program being used back in '98/'99 that had all that. Any ideas?

I'd be forever grateful!!! :)
