Unable To Share In Dorm With Itunes!

Last year in our dorm, everyone could listen to each other's Itunes. I'm not sure which version we had, but it was possible. Since we've gotten back and downloaded Itunes 4.6, we can no longer share! The "Share Music" icon on the left option bar isn't even there! Can someone help me. - BK

Has your University implemented a new firewall policy? Which is blocking the ports Itunes uses?
