Sorry, requests for e-mail SPAM tools do not live long on this board. No one wants to be spammed, and if you cant find this program, then thats a good thing for the rest of us.
Previous requests for such programs have always been answered the same way. And that is the threads are locked.
If you need this software for a small mailing list, there are many ways to do this. If you have no intention of using this for spamming, thats fine, but a simple mis-configuration on your part could wield undesireable results and you are responsible for all spam sent, purposely or unintentionally.

If you decide to spam people, remember that the US federal government does have a $100,000+ dollar reward for information that leads to the arrest of spammers.
