Thanks Tom, I downloaded it. The download speed was 2.5 KB/sec, it 's ok for a small file. Thanks again.

I downloaded the file @ 57kb/s.

Not slow in my opinion. :)

The reason why Mosky had a slower download is most likely because he has a 56k (dialup) connection to the internet. And edii has a broadband (DSL/Cable) connection to the internet.

DSL: Digital Subscriber Line

PS: Visit bandwidthplace.com (http://www.bandwidthplace.com/) to test your internet connection speed (http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/) or to get more information such as the different kinds of DSL (ADSL, RADSL, UADSL, SDSL, HDSL, VDSL, IDSL) and many other things (http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/faq.html).

Downloaded 222 KB in 7 sec at a transfer rate of 31.7 KB/Sec. I have a Cable connection provided by Comcast (http://www.comcast.com/).

To clarify what I said about the download, I said that it was slow to connect, meaning that once you clicked the link, you had to wait a while (~25 sec. for me) before the download started. Once the download had started, it was quick.
