Hi. I've been trying for the past day or so to download one of this site's old versions -- the Google Toolbar for IE (I've tried a few different versions) -- but I'm having a problem. Basically, it seems to install correctly (that is, I get the version I downloaded), but then soon afterwards when I open IE, I find that it had reverted back to the current version of the Toolbar. It's as if Google itself won't "let" me keep the old version! Does anyone here know anything about this, and if so, and is there any way to prevent it from happening? Would appreciate any help -- I do have reasons for preferring the older version, so I hope I can get it back! Thanks.
