System Requirements Info

Am requesting information as to where I look on my pc to find out the following

RAM
Pentium
MB

as installing new software and need to know if I have the requested requirements to load the software as stated by the manufacturer.

To access a useful program on your pc click on start/help/the search tab/then in the little white box type Support technicians
next click list topics then click display, instructions will follow.

Start/Settings/Control Panel/System

Look under the "General" tab.

Shows everything you asked for, except processor speed.

Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information

This will also give information on available hard drive space.

You do not have a Windows key or a Pause Break key on your keyboard?
The Windows key, is located between the CTRL and ALT keys

I can't speak for his machine, but a lot of older keyboards don't have a Windows Key. The instructions I gave him (above) will accomplish the same thing without it.

He can also Right-Click on the "My Computer" desktop icon and select "Properties".

Right, most, if not all keyboards made since 1995 will include the Win key. But the PauseBreak key has been on keyboards for much longer.

Can also click Start/Run, type in sysinfo or sysinfo32

I typed in sysinfo and sysinfo 32 and I receive the following message:

Cannot find file sysinfo or (sysinfo32)

as PETE has stated right click my computer and it will give you everything you ask apart from processor speed,this you should see if you watch the splash screens as the computer loads up.or just google for a program called processor finder or similar

Google for a little program called "cpu-z" it will give you processor information along with detailed motherboard information and memory (ram) information. and its a small program (less than a meg i believe)
