Microsoft Logo And Tilde

I began the set up of my Outlook Express 6 and upon doing so, I noticed that a white icon with the Microsoft Logo or Flag appeared with a Tilde~ underneath it. Should I just delete this as it is probably a backup of my Address Book which at this point has nothing in it. Thanks.

Empty your trash. Then delete the file. If no complaints arise from this, in a couple days, empty it from your trash.

I did some research on this and found that this is associated with the Outlook Express 6 Address Book and it's backup. I read that you can in fact delete this file or put it on a Floppy for use at some point in the future. I did put it on a Floppy. Situation resolved. Thanks. :)
