AIM versions 4.8 and below IP tool

This is an IP tool I designed for AOL Instant Messenger version 4.8 and below. When connected through a network or router, the AIM program will not be able to get your IP address. This allows you to set your IP to whatever you desire in order for connections with other users over AIM to work properly.
