ms word is neither shareware or freeware software and therefore would be illegal to have links for on this forum or any site,if you really want it then checkout www.ebay.co.uk or www.recycledsoftware.com failing that you may want to use an alternative such as open office http://www.openoffice.org/ or if you want just a free word processor then http://www.abiword.org/ is very popular
