can someone help me downloading trouble with realplayer i tried to upgrade when i was using real player one and got the worst nightmare of my life i can download alright but when it notices i had another version it tries to uninstall it and the uninstall file cannot be found so im stuck in limbo i cant remove the program(real) from add/remove i have windows XP any help would be appreciated the tech support at real player has me up to level 3 Joe

You could try this I dont use real but many seem happy with the advice
