paid for program but didn't get it

I paid for old version of WinMX and didn't recieve the program. I did this online. Has anyone else had this problem. I was told and email would be sent to me with instruction. But they never arrived. I've sent emails to ever address that i could find connected with the program. If anyone has any info about what i can do next please contact me...thanks
