Roxio Easy Media Creator 7

When I try to install my cd's I get this message:

The configuration data for this product is corrupt.

How do I fix that? :mad: :confused: :(

roxio in my opinion is not a good product but are the discs genuine ?if not then it is most likely your problem if your cd rom drive is an older model it could also be causing it ,best idea is usually to contact the developer but as said before here on ov and many other forums roxio product customer support is far from the best.GOOD LUCK.
