Best Audio & Video Screen Capture

Does anyone know of a good audio and video screen capture? I've tried a few and they always have a jerky and slow motion in the playback.
I'd really appreicate any info.

i can advise to you two programs for video screen capture-VidShot Capturer (it`s free, but doesn`t have sound :(( ), and Screen VidShot (not for free, but it`s of a very high quality). so now you can choose. google them :cool:
