I'm looking for a copy of PC Tools 4 - about ten years old. I need it to download files from an old computer.

Try looking for it on a filesharing software like limewire. You can find many old programs on this software.

PC Tools is a DOS-based collection of utilities. I have a copy of Version 6 from 15 years ago. Version 4 may be hard to find. What is it exactly that you want to accomplish with your old computer?
