MSN messenger problem

I have tried several version of msn messenger and neither one of them will automaticly sign in.I have it set for auto sign in.Can someone tell me how to fix this? What version of msn messenger is best?

Tools>Options>Automatic Sign In when Connected to the Internet

Then in future tick the "Sign me in automatically" checkbox on the main sign-in screen.

thanks for the reply marbles, but I had already had all the automatic sign ins checked but It still want sign in auto.:confused:

Depends whether your internet connection connects automatically or not. Mine doesnt, therefore WLM cannot sign in automatically without connecting.
