Nero Registration

I have just purchased a new Nero 7 ultra edition disk, but the registration serial number which comes on the cover,when loaded,comes up with an invalid serial number reply.How do I get a valid serial number that works?I have asked the company from where I purchased the Nero disk,but so far I haven't had a reply.

Contact AHEAD regarding your issue with NERO, They are after all, the developers and can handle you situation far better than users here can. If you purchased the CD/DVD software from a store, take it back for a refund.
