Salut seaweednew!

In my opinion (and the opinion of many filesharing experts) Bearshare 5.1.0 beta25 is at the moment the strongest p2p program on the net. Its completely malware free!

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

5.1.0 beta25 is the last officially released beta version by Free Peers in September 2005. Being completely free of adware, spyware or any other extras like that, it is considered by Technutopia to be THE version to have (the latest BearShare--now owned by Musiclab, LLC--is available at the official BearShare website, and comes bundled with the Zango software).

Since the beta has long expired, you will also need to download the BearStart utility to make the beta work again.

Visit the technutopia forum (http://www.technutopia.com/forum/index.php?) for support and download. Its the place where filesharing experts and beta testers meet. They are very friendly and will give you tips and advices, if you have any problems running bearshare or another p2p program.

Go there for 5.1.0 beta25 download:

filesharing experts LOL LOL where do you get off, bearshare is just about the worst virus ridden pile of dung there is,at least 25% more virus ,trojans ,malware etc etc etc, than any other p2p software,i dont use this rubbish myself but do like to keep up to date as to whats what, and yes its a fact bearshare is by far the most likely to get your pc stuffed up with a virus of some kind.i have never had a virus from music or video, but then i go to the music store and PAY for mine with monet I earn, instead of stealing other people and leeching it off the net.

I dont have much experience with recording streaming media, but you may want to try the following freeware programs...

Screamer Radio

Boombox Online Radio Player

... or just google for how to record audio streams (http://www.google.ch/search?hl=de&q=how+to+record+audio+streams&btnG=Suche&meta=)

Bonne chance!

:) Ill try those! I used bearshare v2.02lite i downloaded almost all the music i was looking for!I went to liveplasma.com and found even more!

I found Radiotracker 2 its new and is supposed to find any track being or haveing been played by any online radio station and rip it or whatever you listed!! This program costs $15 ?

Its fully legal, recording music from radio stations is 100% legal!!The new bear share!

I do hate boreing negative types that rehash what gready people say, bear share works wonderfully and i dont have any problems at all other than not enough space on my HD for all im downloading.
