I am requesting the last version of imail express (freeware) before it was discontinued.

The latest version I have is 8.10.

The website that gave it away for download was http://www.ipswitch.com.

The setup filename was imailex.exe and it was given away at this ftp link ftp://ftp.ipswitch.com/install/imailex.exe

The file is no longer there.

There are a couple files still on their ftpserver.

ftp://ftp.ipswitch.com/ipswitch/Product_Downloads

Also, there appears to be many files located here.

Sorry, but I do not have the time to download, install and verify these files.
You could do what most do here, download a few, and install them to check the version numbers. That's how we figure these things out. It's not like we created the file.

I have downloaded the entire imail directory and have isolated the files that have "imail" and *.exe in the filename.

None of these files are imail express. The imail822.exe file is the only file that resembles imail express. HOWEVER, it is a 30 day trial period program.

Now I am requesting again imail express (freeware).

Does anyone have the last freeware version of imail express?

I think the version you have may well have been the last, there are a few patches available but they are not documented to stick to the express version it would be up to you to test.
