I got question don't you think it be useless to have Macromedia Flash because you know it's gonna prompt you to install the lastest, Shockwave comes with it.

that is just the reason why sites such as ov become so important,if they didnt exist then such older titles would become unavailable as everyone would have no choice but get the latest,it is not just about archiving programs it is as much about people continuing to have the freedom of choice as well.

freedom of choice not with Macromedia, What if all the new flash today made would not work with older Macromedias?

By now, for viewing them online, they do work, and its the same I think for editing the fla's ....

What will happen in the future, nobody knows !:p

Most content streamed with FLASH 8 or higher cannot be seen on 7 (You can hear it but NOT SEE IT)

not shirt there is alot of things you can bypass on the net but when it comes down to eye to eye like flash you got no choice but to get lastest
