Trouble with Outlook Express

I recently changed servers from Verizon to Comcast and when I hooked up was offered Internet Explorer 7. Since downloading my Outlook Express no longer works. Help Someone.

out look express will not work makes things very unclear,does the program no longer work or do you mean it starts but will not retrieve your messages,please give more details and also any error messages you get,it will hopefully help members understand your problem.
