musicmatch plugin

hi can anyone help me .I have a gmb20/2 mp3 player that came with mmjb7.2,after my wife upgraded to ie7 this stopped working.After reading forums online i sorted out that problem,now mmjb asks me for a plugin the cd does not work and the list of portables does not list my player.
The drivers etc are all working ,mmjb just cannot see my device i have downloaded a plug in for an i rock that can read the harddrive on the player but cannot write to it.
Anybody got any ideas?:confused:

check the developers website for the hard ware and also the faq section on the musicmatch website,they should have a download section for plugins if they are not on the disc that came bundled.
