AIM used to have a function called "direct connection" which allowed you to put images INSIDE your textbox and send it to your buddy, it even allowed you to copy the image from your graphics editing software and paste it right into the textbox, then send it.

this allowed me to share a picture and work on it together with someone else using graphic software that does not support internet connection, at times whitout even saving any file at all.

This was all changed with the last version of the "direct-connection" function of AIM, I just tried it has changed A LOT, in direct connection images appear on a completly diferent window in some slider mode, and DONT allow you to paste from clipboard.

what was the last AIM version that used Direct Connection INSIDE the textbox, and is it still posible to use it?
