firewalls

i am new here so i hope i am doing this right,i have bearshare turbo and it will not connect because it detects a firewall,but i have disable the firewalls so can anyone help me???is it possible there is other problems?i have deleated and re-downloaded so many times it sets itself up now...help please....:eek: :eek:

i'm not sure how to fix this problem, but disabling all your firewalls isn't recommened:(

definitely would not recommend disabling your firewall,you will maybe have to tell your firewall to allow it to connect,best option maybe to goole for a p2p forum.
