hello mate, welcome to oldversion, if you check out ebay.com you will pick up adobe training cds very cheap,i got a set for a friend recently for less than £10 including postage.

theres always amazon http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photoshop-CS2-Classroom-Book/dp/0321321847/ref=pd_bbs_sr_5/105-5117775-2502037?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1191999753&sr=8-5 and a book can be easier for some than trying to follow a cd rom and clicking between screens.
