In Internet Explorer click on Tools, Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to Security. Check to make sure that Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 is enabled.
SSL (http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?acronym=SSL) - Secure Sockets Layer, the protocol used to send data through a secure server.
TLS (http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?acronym=TLS) - Transport Layer Security

Im on IE6 and I cannot stand how many stupid websites block HTTP for no reason!!
Sites that have no reason to block HTTP do it just because they believe the lies!!!
This thread says it all!!!!

ESPECIALLY THE REPLIES FROM MELE20!!!
I would love it if someone came out with something for IE6 that would bypass HTTPS and get on those sites anyway!!!
