Alas your site said it all, NEW IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER, here I am trying to solve the recurrent humdinger of a problem with later MSN versions and then your site saviour comes along and offers me an earlier version without fuss...
I am unloading and Bikky Gates and his mates come onto my screen in a box format with a message
THERE IS A LATER VERSION AVAILABLE - - click Yes or No - - I said NJO NO NO MR GATES go away with your later MSN VERSION I want this one. version 6.0
Then the answer, you cannot proceed with downloading this old version of MSN, please check the latest version to continue...

So here I am, a problem shares is a problem half solved but in my case, it is a problem probably doubled !!!!
The issue with MSN later versions is I KEEP LOSING MY SOUND AND AUDION and MY SLIDER GETS STUCK TO ZERO..
I want someone who has overcome this HIGHLY REPITIVE PROBLEM to assist, noy a list of this may work answers from those who are guessing...
or GATES GETS IT THIS TIME hehehehehe
