Just upgraded version 11 [free] from whatever preceeded it. My video library is still present but none can be played. "Share Video Link & Play again are the options that appear on the screen. There is a trial video from the real player site that works but nothing else. I don't mind reinstalling but don't want to lose the videos. I find that they cannot be copied or converted. Guidance sought
