Program Name: Prokey for Windows or QuicKeys

Rosesoft, the creator of Prokey, was sold to CE Software. CE became Startly Technologies, but still at cesoft.com.
I'm looking for Prokey for Windows, regardless of which company. Especially if it'll run on
Win2000.
Startly discontinued Prokey but produced QuicKeys, which does the same thing.
QuicKeys 2 would be at least as desirable as Prokey, because V.2 runs on Win2000.
I appreciate any help with this.
