hi. if you are trying to reinstall you need to tell the computer to boot from the cd drive, enter the bios settings and select first boot device as cd rom.to enter the bios settings press either f8 or the delete key as the machine boots,if you are unsure of how to do it search online and study a little before you do it.

hi.
slow down a little and be more specific, you say youve done a dell restore from computer ??? do you mean you used system restore ??? or do you mean from the dell restore cd ???? if you have used a dell restore cd then i wouldnt think the problem was a driver issue, unless the graphics card is not the original one.please explain clearly how you done the restore operation
